Refund & Deferment Policy

Refunds

We will honor refund requests for the original purchase price less a 15% administrative fee within 7 days of original purchase. 

You will be ineligible for a refund if you have accessed or downloaded course content even if within the 7-day refund window. 

Discounted or promotional products and services are not eligible for refunds. 

If your refund was approved, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 7-10 business days).

Deferment

If for any reason you need to cancel your active enrollment in a live instructor course, you have the option to defer your enrollment to a later cohort date. Harmful Content. Content or other computer technology that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, or data, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time/logic bombs, or cancelbots.
